In providing you list management services we will:

  • Work with you to determine your goals: the volume you wish to achieve and the markets you are particularly interested in targeting, as well as any restrictions you might wish to place on the use of your list.

  • Develop and implement a marketing plan to achieve your goals, including:

    - Targeted marketing by mail to brokers throughout the country.
    - Promotions to mailers in your market.
    - Ads in the Standard Rate and Data Service List Bulletin (SRDS).
    - Listing in the Marketing Information Network (MIN).
    - Press releases to appropriate direct mail publications.
    - Direct phone contact with brokers and mailers.

  • Provide you with payments for list rentals accompanied by a monthly management report detailing activity and charges. We use a state-of-the-art computerized ordering and accounting system developed especially for the list industry that provides speedy and accurate accounting.

  • Process orders for your list, and monitor clearances, shipping and usage.

  • Perform invoicing, credit and collection functions, and keep track of exchange balances.
